Good God. It is unbelievable how many that there is.
And how funny is it that they can go 25 years without realizing that this is illegal?
And how not funny is it that if this ordinance had been around in Lincoln all this time, and it was just discovered, how many MILLIONS the police would be making, and laughing all the way to the bank (as opposed to what lawmakers in Milwaukee are doing?)?

The parking lot I got so drunk in I accidentally peed in front of a mini-golf course.
