To All Cub Fans
Dear Cubs Fan,
This is reality, how ya doing? The reason for my post is to let you know that it is time to give up. Even with D-Lee completly outplaying himself you are still in 3rd place in the NL Central and slipping. Did you know that the Astros have a better record than you???? Oh, its true. Even though they have started 7 different rookies this year, they still have more wins than your veteran squad. But I guess there is always next year....well actually your team is just going to be getting older....hmmm....well there is always 2012. Best of luck with your immanent fire sale of old players, and god bless.
Your Friend,

I love it....They are also getting spanked by a Braves team full of rookies as we speak as well....nothing like seeing Prior get shelled.
And by the way, our "veteran squad" has missed 10,000 games due to injury. The fact that they're even close to the Wild Card is a miracle.
Every team has injuries...deal with it. And it was me who made the post not Ryan. But honestly how bad are things when you are not only making up trade rumors about Gary Sheffield but you are actually excited about getting Gary Sheffield.
Yeah, I "made up" a trade rumor about Sheffield. I made that up after several media outlets reported it. Totally out of thin air.
NOT every team has injuries to your best players.

Yeah, but the Astros have and seem to have been getting along just fine. Bagwell and Berkman (the 2 best offensive players on the team) have not played together this season. Last year they were without Andy Pettite and Wade Miller for the entire second half and playoffs and they still made it to game 7 of the NLCS.
I’ve already bookmarked this article and will absolutely pass on this article to all my close friends and social group. Thanks for posting!
