I think this sucks...it was getting so easy to hate sCUm and almost make them our "rival" with this d-bag at the helm...now there going to go out and hire some good character guy and all the built-up venom that Barnett helped to build up will go away. That sucks...
I hope they hire Solich! Actually I am making my CU-hire xmas wish list:
1.) Solich (2 star liberal recruits would be foaming at the mouth to come to Boulder)
2.) Pelini (as much as i liked the guy when he was here...it would be very easy to learn to hate that bastard)
3.) Mike Price (great strip clubs in Boulder...natural fit)
4.) bring back Neu-weasel!!!
5.) Fat Phil Fulmer...he's a death penalty probation waiting to happen, I'd love to see him take down CU with him.

Did anyone else see that the Denver Post article was the first that Barnett had heard of this? How f-bombing funny is that?

Barnett was to only person to ever get my dad to throw something at the television. When he was bitching that Nebraska shouldn't go to the 2001 National Championship, my dad picked up his empty bottle of Diet Coke and chucked it at the TV, yelling, "You can't go to the national championship game with two losses, you fucking imbecile." Good times.
Good riddance D-Bag, unfortunately, Colorado will probably not have two starting white receivers again.
