National Championship Game
Who do you guys think is going to win between USC and Texas? I'm going to root for Texas for the first time in my life because I can't stand to see this USC team go down as the greatest in history. We all know the 95 team would have smoked both of these teams. So lets give the disgusting burnt orange some love for the first and only time this century.

It is disgusting and gut-churning to think that I am going to root for any Texas team to do anything but lose, but I'm afraid this is clearly the case for any Nebraska fan.
I do not know what is going to happen. I just think that USC's defense is too damned soft. I keep going back to the Fresno State game--I'm sure that, even though a complete idiot, ol' Mack has watched the film a few hundred times--and there is no way on earth that Texas does not have far superior speed to that team.
Also, after watching Ohio State basically dominate Notre Dame, that makes me feel a lot better for a Texas victory, as well. After watching just how slow Notre Dame's defense is, I cannot believe that USC did not blow them out. I mean, I think Nebraska's defense is faster than Notre Dame's.
Now, USC is obviously going to score points, but I think Texas' defense is good enough to contain them, and USC's defense is not good enough to contain Texas. I think it will be a game similar in score to Nebraska's game.
Texas wins 31-21.

I am getting really tired of the media sucking USC's dick. If they were that good, they wouldn't have had any close games or have been losing at half at all this year.
