Dave Chappelle's Block Party

Just your reminder that Dave Chappelle's Block Party comes out on Friday. This will be your first of five reminders this week that the greatest movie event of our lifetimes premiers on Friday, March 3rd.

Thank you. Bitches.

Comments:
Stop it. Please, just STOP!

Guess what, asshole? You're getting TWO reminders a day now, motherfucker.

I'm going to go ahead and vote that this is my last reminder.

I don't think you people understand. There is no vote. You're just plain pissing me off now.

I am going to post that this movie is coming out/is out every day until every person on this blog has seen it.

I don't understand why you wouldn't want to--it is a movie of improve Chappelle Show and his musical guests.

Cinema does not get better than this.

And Big Boi, you're going to go see this mother fucker in the theater with me when you get back from fucking Palm Springs.

Cracker.

Damn it: "improv," not "improve."

I personally thought The Chapelle show was highly overrated and not near as funny as what a lot of people did....my guess is that the movie will also be highly overrated.

Are you just trying to piss me off, TJ? The movie is not going to be skits; it is Dave Chappelle improving with real people part of the time, and the finest in hip-hop the rest.

And Chappelle's Show is one of the landmark of our generation, and I honestly believe that. No show has pushed racial and cultural boundries as hard--or as hilariously.

If anything, it is underrated.

Speaking of a stretch...
"No show has pushed racial and cultural boundries as hard--or as hilariously."

Give me a break, yeah some of the skits were funny and I usually watched the show, but it wasn't a boundary pusher, it's not like he's the first black comedian to fake a coke snort on tv...

"Of our generation." You left this out.

And it is true. This show was as important culturally as it was to comedy.

I do not believe this is a stretch at all--no show had been that open since Saturday Night Live's first two or three seasons. And I am certainly not the only person that believes that.
