This is a ridiculous sentence

Disorderly House

mmmm...thankfully these weren't the same penalties given when we were in college. 30 fricking days in the slammer for a party?????

Comments:
that's just insane. i believe i would call this guy an activist judge.

Thank God we're not sophomores now. Kroll and I would have been serving consecutive life sentences if this is what happens every time the cops are called.

By the way, this kid just got fucked. He pleaded nolo contendre and so couldn't appeal the sentence. He must have had other things on his record, 30 days in jail is the maximum sentence you can receive for disorderly house and his friends both got fines. This judge must have noticed a trend in this kid's behavior and so gave him the max penalty he could. I thought it was interesting that they didn't say anything about past infractions.

“People can die at these parties.”

Judge Pokorny must go to some serious parties.

No one has ever died at a party I've been to? Not even paralized.

This story is on the front page of the Drudge Report today. The poor bastard's picture is there also. Good to see that the LPD is hard at it as usual. www.drudgereport.com

I would say that it is a "rediculous" headline, as well.

bite me..."ridiculous" is easily my most misspelled word.

speaking that from now I will always type your name as gay hill to see if you correct me on that spelling as well.

"speaking that," I will always make fun of your spelling and grammar. Eat me.

I love this game!

I hope you rot in hell.

"hell" should be capitalized. Other than that, you did great.
