Michelle Barrett
After watching the Chicago brawl numerous times here is what I saw from Michael Barrett.
A play at the plate where both Barrett and Pierzynski know there is going to be a collision.
Result-Barrett attempts to block the plate but is left laying on his back 4 feet behind it.
Barrett sucker punches Pierzynski.
Result- Pierzynski takes the punch unfazed, infact he doesn’t even get mad.
And then finally Barrett is put on his back by the White Sox leadoff man Scott Podsednik.
What a pussy.

Pierzynski is the biggest piece of shit in baseball. I hate that guy more than any other player in the game and I'm not even a Cubs fan.
I hope his porsche blows a tire while he's doing seventy down the interstate, the cops come to investigate the wreck, find the dead hooker in the trunk, arrest him while he's still in his coma, and he awakes to find himself in a jail cell with a 300 pound Dominican named Jesus who hates white men.

Why exactly does the fact that no one likes pierzynski justify him getting punched in the face on a clean play? If the roles had been reversed and AJ was the catcher throwing the punch people would be outraged calling for AJ's head. That was a fickin' bush league act on Barretts part. After slapping home plate Pierzinski did nothing to agitate the situation. And for Rich Hill to say that AJ running into Barrett was against the rules of baseball proves that he doesn't know shit.
Napa is right. Pierzynski is an asshole, but he did nothing wrong in this situation. After the game Barrett even said he didn't see Pierzynski slap the plate, he said he was reacting to AJ coming towards him. Which is BS because it is Barrett who grabbed hold of Pierzynski as AJ was going to grab his helmet. You can even see Pierzynski try and avoid contact as Barrett grabbed him. Just like in North Platte, the North siders are bunch of pussy cheap shot artist.
I'm not saying he did anything wrong. It was a completely legitimate play at the plate. I just like to see Pierzynski get slugged whenever possible.
